Drive Badminton Centre offers the lowest price possible. All purchases made are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer price adjustments unless your order has not been shipped out yet.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, please email info@drivebadminton.ca. If you are eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and returned at buyers’ cost within 14 days of the Purchase Date or 14 days of the Delivery Date if your order was shipped. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@drivebadminton.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All Returns/Exchange by shipping must be at the buyer’s expense. Please contact us prior to shipping back an order. All Returns/Exchange must also have the order number written on the outside of the box for smooth process. Drive Badminton Centre is not responsible for any returns sent without notice.

New exchanged items will only be shipped out after we have received the returned item in its original condition. The buyer must make a payment for the standard shipping costs to ship out the exchanged item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as racquets with requested stringing, special orders, or personalized items), used shuttlecocks and worn shoes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If return shipping is not prepaid, and you are eligible to receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

CANCELLATION ON ORDERS

If for any reason you would like to cancel or refund your order, please call us immediately. Please note, depending on the status of the product and the shipping time, additional charge may be processed on your credit card. Please see chart below:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Your country may charge taxes and duties on international orders. These taxes and duties will be the customer's responsibility. Drive Badminton Centre is not responsible for any custom clearance fees (or any other fees applicable).

CURRENCY EXCHANGE

All payments are charged in CAD; thus, all refunds are made in CAD. If you are purchasing from outside of Canada (I.e., USA), the exchange rate will be in effect and may not be equivalent to the exact amount paid in USD. Drive Badminton Centre can offer store credit so that you can retain the full value, however we are not responsible for any amount lost due to currency exchange.
